Antonín Dvořák's Carnival Overture is a vibrant work that is part of Dvořák's "Nature, Life, and Love" trilogy. It captures the energy and excitement of a festive carnival, featuring lively rhythms, sweeping melodies, and colorful orchestration.

Graeme Koehne's Bittersweet Symphony is an evocative and contemplative work by contemporary Australian composer Graeme Koehne. This piece blends emotional depth with modern harmonic language, offering a unique and thought-provoking listening experience.

Johannes Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 2 is a monumental work in the piano repertoire, renowned for its grandeur and emotional intensity. The concerto's four movements showcase the pianist's technical skill and expressive range, complemented by a rich orchestral texture.
The NSSO is joined by Sydney-based pianist Paul Cheung, who regular patrons will remember from his electrifying performance of Beethoven's 5th piano concerto in 2019
